Customer-celebrating N Festival activities will be made available to friends of Hyundai owners who own rival cars from different brands.
Hyundai Australia’s N Festival this year will open the field to rival models from other brands, letting the likes of the Subaru WRX, Honda Civic Type R, Toyota GR Yaris, and Mazda MX-5 shoot it out against the South Korean brand’s best.
Dubbed ‘Nvy Track Sessions’ as a way to open the fun to “envious owners of rival cars”, according to Hyundai, the N Festival celebrations will be held at Winton Motor Raceway in Victoria from November 21-23 this year.
One group of 20 non-Hyundai cars will be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a total of 60 slots, but applicants will need a personal referral from a current N owner who will be in attendance.
To be selected, Hyundai N owners need to send a direct message to the N Australia Facebook account with a photo of both the N car and a friend’s rival vehicle for nomination.
Hyundai also stipulates that the owners with vehicles from other brands “drive a suitable, road-registered performance car”, which would constitute i20 N, i30 N, Kona N, and Ioniq 5 N rivals.
Owners of rival models will have access to one-to-one driver coaching, provided by Trackschool Trackdays, and can partake in other “selected” activities.
Tickets for the 2025 Hyundai N Festival are yet to go on sale, but the brand says bookings “will open soon”.
